I see all things in life through the lens of beauty. Sometimes life is soooo beautiful and I see love in so many places (a beautiful flower in nature, a kind gesture, a touch, observing the way humans interact). Everything in life is beautiful, even the non-positive things, because without negative events or circumstances, we couldn’t appreciate positive things nearly as much.

I think there is love everywhere if you open your mind to witnessing it. I love being present in this life and being able to appreciate it fully :-)

My best friend was a couch surfer host, I never would have met him unless he opened his door! I would love to meet people who are easygoing, fun-loving, don’t take life too seriously.

Current books I read this year: Journey of Souls, The Alchemist, What Happened to You, and Women Who Run With the Wolves (still reading)

Movies: ahhhh so many, but one I saw more recently and loved is Jojo Rabbit directed by Taika Waititi, Soul, almost all of the Avengers movies, Harry Potter, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Chasing Bubbles (on YouTube), Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead, most Quentin Tarantino movies especially the Kill Bill’s.

Favorite TV Shows: Hamilton’s Pharmacopoeia, Silicon Valley, The Office, What We Do In The Shadows, Planet Earth.

Letting go of my ego so I can live life the way it’s meant to be lived! I recently realized that the social constructs in my mind of who I ought to be are wrong; success in life is not how far you climb the corporate ladder or how much money you have in the bank. Success is measured by how deep you can appreciate and experience life while you’re here.

I can teach kundalini yoga and breathwork, perform healing spiritual traditions, I can talk to you about love/happiness/spirituality/philosophy/religion/any other stuff/weird stuff/share funny videos and memes.

I love talking to people about their purpose and meaning in life and what they want to do while they’re here on Earth for this short period of time, but more importantly, I love to share a lived experience of life with people.
