I spend a lot of my time coaching people in shadow work and self-discovery. Outside of that, I love exploring new places, working out, filming content, and diving into conversations about life, culture, and growth. I’m equally happy with a deep discussion about psychology as I am exploring a city or enjoying local food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Music: I enjoy a mix — from meditative sounds and world music to electronic and hip hop.

Movies: I love films that touch something deeper, like The Matrix, Into the Wild, or a good documentary.

Books: Carl Jung’s works, books on psychology/spirituality, and anything that challenges me to grow.

Moved back to my hometown to reconnect with my mother, heal old wounds, and strengthen our relationship — a journey that has changed my life. Also, traveling across different countries while building my coaching practice online.
