About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Taking over the world...one fish at a time!

ABOUT ME

I moved over to Australia from England to study for a Marine Biology PhD at James Cook University in Townsville and I LOVE IT - safe to say I probably won't be moving back home to the UK.

I love what I do (albeit stressful) and I love to laugh/smile and make people do the same.

I'm passionate about music and I play piano and guitar.

PHILOSOPHY

Never take life too seriously - after all, you never get out alive!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - anything and everything as long as it's remotely entertaining!

Music - I don't think there is a single genera that I don't like at least a couple of songs from. As long as it's catchy in some way, I'll probably like it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

> Rode on Harley Davidson around Ayers Rock
> Hot air balloon ride across the Alice Springs outback at Sunrise
> Climbed over the Sydney Harbour Bridge
> Swam with Whale Sharks in Africa
> Spent 3 months on a tropical remote island in Africa doing marine conservation work in VERY basic conditions
> Snorkelled/dived on the Great Barrier Reef
> 5 day road trip from Townsville, QLD to Melbourne VIC in Australia
> Worked out in Papua New Guinea for 1 month on coral reef research

Teach, Learn, Share

Can teach piano (and maybe guitar).
Know quite a bit about diving, marine life and animals.
