About Me

I must be a professional traveler by now. I have been backpacking on and off the last 10 years. I grew up in Hong Kong, moved to San Francsico with my family 25 years ago. I love traveling to remote places, cooking, adventures, looking at beautiful things, primitive culture, reading about spirituality, daydreaming, antiques, folk music, raw creativity....oh geez the list goes on and on and on...I am free-spirited, easy-going, very clean, polite, conscientious, young at heart...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been traveling since June, 2015 this time staying at friends homes, Airbnb, guesthouses, hostels all over the world looking for a place to call home. I thought why not try Couchsurfing!

Interests

Documentaries, independent art films that leave you breathless for days. Books and films that make you weep OR laugh! Sharing crazy travel stories with folks from different parts of the world. Living life impromptu awaiting for that magnificent moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

September 2003, I carried a big suitcase to Turtle Island up by the Blue Ridge mountain in North Carolina to become the cook for 10 residents at a primitive farm reserve without running water nor electricity.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have learned a great deal through traveling solo over the years. Millions of amazing moments, countless unforgettable dialogs, god awful meals, life threatening situations, sunrise sunset Milky Way.....
