We are a young married couple of two years. We love to explore and meet new people, but we also LOVE our home city of Hamilton and love sharing it with others. We are people who deeply care about others, and love to live the life to the fullest!

Interests

Jenn works at a not for profit community restaurant which is working towards making fresh food available to people regardless of economic background. She is very interested in food and design and their corresponding blogs...haha. She loves to bake, run, and have wine and craft nights! ...oh and coffee. how could we forget our love for coffee.

Dave works at a highschool as a spiritual life director. He loves working with youth and has done this for many years at outdoors camps as well. He loves playing all kinds of sports and loves taking risks.

We love adventure! We love to go camping, canoeing and hiking. We love to play board games and eat delicious food!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For our honeymoon, we went to the East Coast of Canada. We had very little planned but were completely awestruck by the generosity and hospitality of the people. We stayed with one couple who told us stories of living off the sea all and how because of the fishing industry collapsing, the struggle that their community is experiencing. The following day they fed us moose and put $20 in our hand as we left for lunch on the road home. We have rarely found people who are as generous as they were.
