HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I now have a new place with a spare room and hope to be able to meet some great people that want to visit Ottawa. I hope to be a surfer in Italy, France and Spain and Hawaii in 2020

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted twice once in Paris and another time in Canada's north, and again in Jamaica , each time my hosts were fantastic and really took the time to introduce me to part of their town that I wouldn't have otherwise seen. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely do it again.
I have hosted surfers from the US, Canada and Belgium

I am Algonquin and could share my knowledge about some First Nation traditions and history in Ottawa. I want to improve my new language skills in French,Italian and Algonquin and learn more about other people and places that I visit, or that visit me in Canada.

I have a room with a double bed , and, a comfortable double pull out couch in the living room. I have a kitchen and shared bathroom. In a pinch I can even make another room with 2 twin beds accessible.
.the local bus can be caught nearby and take you to the heart of the city within about an hour. If I have the time while you are visiting I am more than happy to show you around, and even if I'm not free I can always be reached by text or phone to help you out.
I have twin 8 year olds, so I will usually only host on weeks when they are with their father unless you are a verified member, have reference or are coming with children yourself.
I also have 2 very friendly lovable dogs
