I am a 25 year old girl who loves people. I love to make new friends and will always make time to invest in good friendships. I am very adventurous, so with a bit of encouragement I will give anything a go :) I live in a really nice flat with some of my best friends! We welcome people in and love to meet people. I laugh a lot and am always smiling and positive :) “I believe that everyone dies, but not everyone lives. I also believe everyone takes, but not everyone gives.” - I want to live and I want to give! I work full time during the week and I go on adventures outside of work hours! I love the beach. I love God!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently working and once I have saved enough money I hope to travel around the world and couchsurf so I can go on crazy adventures!

But for now while I am living here in Christchurch and can't travel a lot, I want to meet others that are travelling and show them my city, as well as creating great connections so that when I do travel I can come and visit the people I have met.

Interests

I love yoga, running, going on walks, finding cool places to explore, beaches, surfing, snowboarding, tramping, camping, swimming, and all while hanging out with friends! The best times have been sharing meals and having drinks with old and new friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a lot of genres of music, I can basically listen to anything, new or old. Chilled acoustic summer vibes are probably my favourite. I love thrillers, and movies you have to think about. But sometimes I just want to watch a good old rom-com too. The books I read are usually crime thrillers, but I'm open to anything that will hold my attention.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life changing:
Helping out at a shelter in Samoa for children that have been abuse victims was really eye opening and changed my life.

Fun:
Surfing in Hawaii was rad.
Bungy jumping in the North Island of NZ (Lake Taupo) was epic.
Swimming in cenotes in Mexico was unreal.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English. I have started learning Spanish this year so would love help and practice, and am very willing to learn anything new. I am also willing to open up and share experiences and I love sharing around a lot of positivity. Good vibes!
