I'm a filmmaker based in Melbourne, originally from New Zealand.
My current job as a casting director has me meeting different types of performers and people from all walks of life to audition for television commercials and films. What I love about my job the most is meeting and connecting with new people everyday and engaging with them to be themselves and discover their character in front of the camera.

I grew up taking photographs and going on outdoor adventures which has developed my keen interest in capturing landscapes on film. I was a dancer for 15 years and love an excuse to have a boogie on the dancefloor.

I"m hoping to meet with people who'd like to share their space with me whilst I'm traveling. Whether it be sharing tips on the best kept secrets of little towns or cafes or exploring a new place together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling to Iceland to attend the Reykjavik Film Festival. Hoping to find some like minded friendly people to stay with whilst I work at the festival and get immersed in Icelandic culture.

I love to hear what peoples thoughts are on current topics and what their interests are close to heart. I really enjoy sharing experiences and great stories whilst cooking a delicious meal for the people I live with, for me that's a really important way to connect and make new relantionships.
