I love to travel to gain a broader perspective on the world and the many ways to exist in it. I am currently in Nepal but will be traveling in Europe in about a week. I have lived in Boulder Colorado for about 8 years and I love showing people around this great state in the Rocky Mountains. I love to play outside. I worked as an outdoor educator/therapeutic adventure guide for many years and I now work as an occupational therapist where I use activities such as rock climbing, boating, farming, hiking, exploring nature, yoga, and meditation to help people improve their health and quality of life.

I love to learn about different cultures from the people who live there. I just finished helping to build a school out of earthbags in Nepal and I am hoping to do a bike tour around the Mediterranean, but I am open to whatever adventures present themselves.
