ABOUT ME

I am a Canadian girl "living the dream" in Europe. I come from a very small town and farm in Saskatchewan and am your stereotypical nice, down-to-earth, genuine, fun-loving girl you'd expect from the Canadian prairies :) I have recently received my Bachelor of Commerce degree and am in the awkward no-longer-a-student-but-still-feel-like-a-student-because-all-of-my-friends-are-students-and-also-I-don't-have-a-real-job stage of my life. I love to laugh and have a great time meeting new people!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everything happens for a reason, and while I may not understand or see it now, things will shake out exactly how they were meant to be. Therefore, I take things in stride, even if it means looking at a situation and simply saying "It is what it is".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to couchsurf my way through some cities in Europe and I imagine once I have had a great experience surfing the couches, I will gladly repay the favour when I return back home!

Hockey! How I Met Your Mother (I also go by "Robin Scherbatsky" apparently). I love reading, learning about new cultures, and pushing my boundaries.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most recent things that has left me awestruck is the amazing connection you can have with people that you may only know for a short period of time. I have been in Krakow for 3 weeks and have made amazing connections with the people from all around the world here. I hope to only continue this trend on my travels :)
