Overview
About Me
I grew up in a rural part of France (near Paris) raised by an American mother, a French father with two brothers. I moved to Amsterdam when I was 17 to study philosophy, art, literature and language.
I am now traveling on my own for the first time in search of interesting communities and individuals with whom I can practice Spanish, develop heartfelt connections with locals and fellow travelers.
I am passionate about sustainability, animal advocacy, women's rights (and social justice in general), mental / physical health and self-healing / development. I love to learn about different cultures and histories through traveling and reading. I LOVE to dance, to be in my own body. I am very empathetic, adaptable, open, curious and full of life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am looking for a way to travel that is
1. unconventional
2. unpredictable
3. cheap (because the exchange is not monetary)
4. allows me to connect with locals immediately and hopefully develop friendships
Interests
I love to cook for people (I am vegan)
I dance to clear my mind and return to my body.
I am currently learning Spanish, and really enjoying the process.
I love making art (painting and drawing mainly)
The most important thing in my life are my relationships to people. I love connecting above all else.
