One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went skinny-dipping in a sea of bioluminesent dinoflagellates off the coast of Madagascar; it was like swimming in the stars.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know enough to know that I don't know that much. But what I do know, I will happily share. It's mostly about farming and the food system. I think it's important that we understand where our food comes from so that we give the producers (people, animals, plants) the respect they deserve.

What I Can Share with Hosts

While I always love to try the local cuisine, I thoroughly enjoy cooking for other people. I'd be happy to put your kitchen to good use to create a meal for us to share, and then impress you with my masterful clean-up skills :)
