ABOUT ME

I work in the non-profit sector for an international humanitarian organization. I'm the kind of person that can't just work for money or live for the weekends, I need to feel purposeful in how I spend most of my time. I really enjoy travelling and being connected to people, cultures, community and the arts.

I love being with my friends and family, going out for a glass of wine and supporting local food, I think I will end up by the ocean because I love breathing in the salt air. I am ambitious and goal-oreinted and I find myself inspired by the people around me all the time.

I have had this account for a while, but I feel like I have the ability to finally participate now that I am a bit more settled!

Interests

Coffee shops and good books, card games, being by the ocean, a glass of wine and local food, musicals, dancing like an idiot, hiking, farmer's markets, roadtrips with friends, live music, and the list goes on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sat in the back of a pick up truck eating fresh mangoes in the pouring rain with my best friend in Costa Rica.

Rappelled into a cenote with my mom and swam in an underground lake in the Mayan Rivieria.

Bought a puppy from a meat market in Ghana and took him back home in the basket of my bicycle.

Visited the first house my Oma and Opa lived in when they were married. (Netherlands)
