To see and learn a lot more about this world before I settle down for a bit.

ABOUT ME

I just finished up my service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, West Africa. It was amazing, heart-breaking, inspirational, all of the above! And has changed me forever...
Now I am finding my feet back in my home town for the summer and fall and winter(?).
I love yoga and tea and the mountains. I enjoy exploring flowers and hard to find animals, mountain biking, taking my back and pack to the trails and unknowns, and generally taking in all the beauty. I just got into coffee. I love growing foods and preparing fresh yummy meals. I am generally a pretty happy person.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to feel I can do anything I want to if I work hard enough and put my mind to it and love to encourage others of the same. We are all creatures of this beautiful earth, but also need to learn to live together and in harmony and not be so selfish.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am learning more and more about the project and am finding it pretty sweet. I have been hosted several times and hope to begin hosting or at least meeting more surfers for a chat and a drink in jackson.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was visiting my friend (a fellow couch surfer) in Spain we stayed with a very nice man in La Coruna who my friend found on the network. He brought us out to meet all of his friends and gave us a nice little room to relax and catch up. And introduced us to pigs ears! eeeee!
