I have a lot of energy, both physically and mentally - being busy and stimulated works for me :) I'm like a Great White Shark - gotta keep on keeping on to breath...or a border collie, best when active

Books - anything art and pyschology related, mystery, sci- fi, philosophy, alternative lifestyles, biographies, deep love of short stories etc etc

Movies - usually just funny, or good quality. Action, romance, whatever. Just good quality. Also, I love Bill Murray.
