About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a dabbler. I tend to stick my toes into new things/hobbies/adventures and fall in love with everything I do, but have a habit of getting distracted by something new and exciting and moving on. I see this as a curse and blessing. It is also why I love traveling so much. I also love it because it scares me, and I have a strange desire to conquer everything I'm scared of. I love laughing. sometimes when my friends lose me in a large crowd they can find me from my laugh; yes, that means my friends and I communicate through a form of echolocation. Anyone who can struggle to reach their goals and dreams and still be smiling at the end of the day is my friend.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Besides already being an unofficial hostel, our house had it's first couch surfer (in the short amount of time we've lived here) and he was amazing! So excited to be able to meet more people like him!
Interests
Coffee. Books. Beer. Bikes.
I have only had one indoor job in the last year and a half because I love being outdoors and feeling the sun. I also, for some weird reason, can't stick with one thing for more than three months without changing it up. I call this lifestyle "a stack of pancakes" --once I eat a stack of three pancakes I get sick of them and move on. Maybe it's because there are just way too many other foods and/or types of pancakes out there

Music, Movies, and Books
Mel Brooks and Wes Anderson movies; can't quote them all, so I guess I havn't become an official fan yet.
I am a huge book worm, which is why I can't quote movies.
My favorite book is Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison
Favorite authors: F. Scott Fitzgerald, Earnest Hemingway, John Steinbeck, Haruki Murakami, Tom Robbins, Pablo Neruda, John McPhee
and, basically like everyone else, I love all music, but have a special place in my heart for early Jazz; Louise Armstrong and Ella, Nina Simone, Billy Holiday
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
ah so many things
