I am starting my sabbatical now, I am so excited! I want to visit south america and Central America. I love traveling, especially I do love the exchange of culture and I love meeting nice and interesting people and have a great time with them.

I am a sports, german and philosophy teacher and I love sports like kitesurfing, skiing, running, hiking, volleyball and dancing. I've taken salsa classes and I would love to dance salsa while I am in the land of salsa :-)

I am wondering why I never tried this before! I love the idea of meeting new people, I love having conversations and making new friends all over the world!

When I was 23 I fulfilled my dream and travelled to New Zealand. The first day me and my friend were on the road, we had an accident. It felt like a disaster, we were desperate didn't really know what to do. But the friendly owner of the cafe, where the accident happened, right in the middle of nowhere, helped us to call the police and the car rental and even hosted us, told us of his life and gave us coffee and sandwiches for free until the rental agency came and brought our new car. It was so good to see that you can rely on people like Graham, the owner of the cafe!
After this journey I couldn't stop thinking about new destinations where to travel. That's why I'll soon be on the road again. :-)
