CURRENT MISSION

I made it my mission when I was very young to visit every country in the world. I never expected to accomplish it, but thought 'Well at least if that's my aim I will manage to see rather a lot'. I'm on 31/196 and the mission continues

So my two main passions in life are performing and travelling. If I could just do these two things my whole life I'd be a very happy person. I love meeting new people with new perspectives on life. I really enjoy learning about different cultures and philosophies through people's own personal perspectives & experiences.

I like to make music, I love FOOD and trying new things, I also adore language.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Due to the fact I move around a lot, my main participation right now is as a traveller. I've met some amazing people through this community - from hosts and fellow guests, as well as just meetups.

Unfortunately I can't host right now - but when I can, I love opening my doors to people who need somewhere to crash and sharing my home &company with new & wonderful humans.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I like to host and help people out when I can, and my parents have always been opening the family home up to random travellers as long as I can remember. That's rubbed off on me!

I love meeting new folks and story swapping, as well as cooking for & with hosts/guests. Sharing food together and accepting someone's generosity no matter what they have to offer are some of the best ways to connect with someone, and have been my best experiences.

Making music, going to gigs, improv, comedy, reading, dancing, hiking & getting into nature, cooking, Lomography (My Holga is my best friend, I also play about with a Fisheye 2 and Brownie).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In 2012, I decided I wanted to get from London to Kuala Lumpur (to visit some friends who had moved out there) without flying. I tried to get other people to come on this adventure with me but no one had the time or money. So I went alone. It took me two months.

It was truly amazing, and I met some of the most beautiful and inspiring people along the way. I would like more adventures like this in my life, and i fully intend to make them happen.
