My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have been blessed with 5 children. My husband has recently retired from the Water Department and is now doing his heart’s desire, teaching. We have decided that we are going to spend more time traveling as a family since my husband now has summers off. Our oldest, Jocelyn (25) is married and has given us our 1st grandbaby! What an absolute joy and blessing! Jacob (23) is a Cost Analyst for Betenbough Home Builders. Our three youngest boys are Nathanael (15), Silas (13) and Luke (9). I love to support all things local and when traveling I hope to learn all about the locals and the best local spots. I am a people person and absolutely love the idea of Couchsurfing! Being able to meet many different people from all over my country and the world is so amazing. I have been told I have the gift of hospitality and that I don't know a stranger. I have really been enjoying the wonderful world of Couchsurfing!

*******After Hosting several families and singles and surfing a couple of times I am adding this...Meeting new like-minded people who have so much to offer in the way of life experiences, conversations, etc. My whole family has come to anticipate and truly look forward to meeting and getting to know our next surfers or hosts!*******
