I'm a pretty easy-going person who loves meeting new people and trying new things. My friends would say that I'm outgoing, independent, sometimes competitive, ambitious, compassionate and a great listener but above all someone who is considerate of all those around her.

I'm going to be backpacking Europe this summer after I graduate from university. I'm just trying to find cheap places to stay and cool people to hang out with!

Music
Some of my favourite artists include Drake, the Lumineers, George Ezra, J. Cole, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean, Hozier, Imagine Dragons... there are so many!
My tastes are pretty eclectic but mostly rap/hip-hop and pop. I like anything catchy or with a good beat or powerful lyrics.
I'm lucky that I live close(ish) to two major music festivals that happen every summer in BC, Canada so I've had the chance to see quite a few of my favourites live!
Movies
Unfortunately I can't go very far in depth about movies, I tend to fall asleep during them! However, I usually love those Disney/Pixar animated ones like Inside Out, Up!, Despicable Me etc. My favourite "real movies" have been about animals (War Horse, it's an awesome movie if it makes me cry) or sports (the more drama the better) and if I'm in the mood I usually enjoy whatever "critically acclaimed, major motion picture" is currently raking in cash at the box office (like Interstellar, the Martian, Gravity, the Revenant...).
Books
Harry Potter, Robinson Crusoe, Gulliver's travels, almost anything by Jane Austen, some Charles Dickens, and currently reading more and more classic literature; it's nice to get a break from reading textbooks sometimes!
