A marine biologist, educator, and yogi with a passion for and connection to the environment. Also a life time learner I love to spend my free moments experimenting with playing instruments, new recipes, mindfulness practices or heading out on adventures to the mountains or sea to hike, camp, surf, snowboard, breath fresh air and simply enjoy all life has to offer with gratitude.

When not adventuring, my partner Daniel and I spend time at our urban homestead in the making where there is both a budding herbal apothecary and gardens.

Daniel also loves everything outdoors. He enjoys practicing permaculture and is always looking for a new project to undertake. You can also find him surfing, playing music, playing with our two adorable pups, or in the kitchen experimenting with whatever ingredients are on hand.
