Music, Movies, and Books
Movies? The Joy Luck Club, Saved!, and any good comic book movie! I'm also a Trekkie (The Next Generation and the new movies) and Hunger Game fan.
Books! The Poisonwood Bible, White Oleander, and Joan Didion.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once flew a plane! Four-seater Cirrus on the way from Provinencetown to Boston. It oscillated between peaceful and ridiculously terrifying.
Teach, Learn, Share
The American side of the Niagara Falls is amazing- as impressive as the Canadian side, but peacefulness made it all the more wonderful.
The beaches in Spain I visited, right by the border of France, has sand that was all pebbles and the shallows stretch out for miles. You should go there.
If you're in France, always make a point to go to Montpellier. It's my favorite place on earth.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, cleanliness, cooking, and (if you and I are comfortable with it), the best back massage ever.
