ABOUT ME

I'm 35 and currently work as a Trauma ICU nurse in Albuquerque, NM. I will be leaving my job to travel through Southeast Asia for an undetermined amount of time. I hope to meet people and learn about different cultures. I will also be seeking volunteer opportunities wherever I can.

I am what you might call "outdoorsy" and I love to play outside whenever I can. Camping, hiking, climbing, SCUBA...everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Currently I don’t have a couch to offer but as soon as I do I’d love to be a host. At the moment, I travel and am interested in Couchsurfing again. I’ve never done it in the US.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couch surfed when I backpacked through Europe and it was such a wonderful way to meet new people and experience a city like a local.

Movies: Jaws is my favorite movie of all time (which I realize some people think is weird) I love most every Zombie movie ever made, even the really bad ones. I am mainly into horror movies and suspenseful dramas. Not a huge RomCom fan but I'll indulge in one every once in a while.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rented a camper van and drove the ring road for 10 days with 2 friends.
