I'm 24 and work in a cafe on Byres road, in Glasgow. I'm studying social sciences at uni and go to the pub too much. I like to eat, go to gigs, party, chill. i
I love sunshine, I love the smell when you get off a plane, the smell of a new country, the sudden change in atmospheric temperature!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people, to share good times, to exchange culture, interests, quirky traits! To create experiences and friendships and just be there for someone who needs it! At the moment I'm between flats, but as soon as I've got my couch back I'll be ready to host :)

Interests

Music and food, making coffee (i'm not that into drinking it, i definitely prefer tea...), participate in a bit of that 420, scuba diving and vinyl records, violin, guitar, piano, singing, politics, economics, the good, the bad and the ugly....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Honduras for a year when I was 18, volunteering as a 4th grade teacher in school in a town called Cofradia. I travelled to Costa Rica, Belize, Nicaragua, Guatemala and El Salvador. I climbed a volcano and scuba dived in the Caribbean sea. More recently, I dived in the Red Sea in Egypt and was lucky enough to come face to face with an ancient and glorious turtle.
I completed Tough Mudder 2013.
