ABOUT ME

I am a very independent and adventurous person. I am just as happy to travel around the world by myself as am with some friends or family. I love great food and traveling to find great food. I have created a blog: jenniferjr.blogspot.com, where I have been documenting all my food adventures.

I have been athletic all my life and have always enjoyed anything outdoors. Hiking, swimming, surfing, all call out to me! One day, I would love to do a triathlon, though I haven't worked up the courage to yet!

I have surfed in Italy, Switzerland, and New Zealand and will love to host people at home in California when I get there!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with some fabulous hosts in Europe and New Zeland. They have all been so kind and has really enforced a positive feeling about couchsurfing. I would love to host people when I am home!

Scuba dived with about 8 black tip reef sharks 100 ft (30 m) below water!

But all my travels have been amazing and each have their own story. Even my four years at university was something utterly amazing and life changing

I want to learn all about people's cultures and the world, especially when it comes to food and meals. I think it is fascinating how people can come together over a dish to share and enjoy. I want to learn all I can about it and teach people what I have learned.
