I am a gentle, curious and fun-loving soul from the Bay Area. I am outgoing and make new friends easily, but I also have friends that I have kept close with my entire life.

I love people, food (especially cheeses!), dancing, music, nature, art and good wine.

I want to experience the world, and I think a community of conscious, enthusiastic travelers and hosts will be some of the best guides.

My good friends started Couchsurfing, and I believe in their vision, and am looking forward to seeing what they (and all of you) have helped to build.

I hope one day to have a place where I am able to return the love and be a host.

I am hungry to experience everything. I want to explore remote bits of nature, and see the famous pieces of art in the big museums. I want to taste local foods and drinks (with the caveat that I have been vegetarian for the last 20+ years). I am particularly interested in ancient religious sites. I am also student of, and hopeful believer in ethical trade movements, and would love to get my hands dirty in any kind of business/project that you have going on in your area.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Interned in the Amazon down in Ecuador for 3 months with a great social enterprise company called Runa. Helped to get them Fair Trade Certified. Also got to have some amazing adventures :)
