I'm training to be an English Teacher in Manchester. Before I moved here, I did a Masters at the University of London - I lived there for two years. Before that I was living and working in Japan, the Czech Republic and Chile.

But it comes highly recommended so I thought I'd give it a shot. While I was in Santiago doing my thesis research, I met some really friendly people through couchsurfing.

My favourite books include Lolita, Crime and Punishment, the Dark Materials Trilogy, Paradise Lost, The Great Gatsby, Norwegian Wood, Mala Onda, Behind the Scenes at the Museum, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, The Time Traveller's Wife, Anna Karenina.
