About Me

I'm an open-minded person, enthusiastic and easy to get along with. I put people at ease, I have a good sense of humor and I enjoy good company. Reliable and responsible, I care about others and I like to be there for them when it matters.
I enjoy having a healthy and balanced lifestyle, I do not smoke, I love to cook and I am quite active.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet new people, learn about other cultures and have a good time, as a surfer or an host! I think this way of travelling is so much more interesting because it puts you directly into the local culture and enhances the experience.

Interests

Passionate about food, travel and nature. I love sports (running, rollerblades, ice skating, bicycle, yoga, etc.) and outdoor activities (hiking, camping)., but I also enjoy quiet indoor activities such as reading, listening to music and watching a good movie with homemade popcorn! And of course, I like going out with friends for a drink, a show, or just to spend time with each others!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Comedy, drama, action, suspense, family, romance, fantastic, animated.. I like pretty much everything except horror!
Here are a few of the last movies I really liked: Inception, Interstellar, Dallas Buyers Club, The Imitation Game, Hunger Games, The Intern, Hector and the Search For Hapiness, Wild, Brooklyn, etc.

Music: not a fan of metal, but I listen to a large variety of styles. But, most of the time I listen to pop, rock, indie, alternative, folk and reggae, such as: Ed Sheeran, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Xavier Rudd, Bob Marley, Bedouin Soundclash, Vampire Weekend, Billy Talent, Imagine Dragons, American Authors, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Of Monsters and Men, etc.

Books: The Fault in our Stars, The Why Café, Divergent, Hunger Games... I like philosophy books, novels, true stories, fantastic, science fiction, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

3 weeks trek in the Annapurnas, in Nepal. Definitely the hardest physical and mental challenge of my life!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook for/with you, help you practice your French or you yoga, share my stories about my travel experiences! I can be your sports partner for a day, go out for a coffee/drink/icecream/or whatever you feel like! As an host, it'll be my pleasure to show you around, tell you what not to miss while you're here and give you tips for your trip! As a surfer, I'd love to hear your stories and your personal opinion about your city/ country, and the places you like!
