CURRENT MISSION

I am currently on exchange in New Orleans in the United States for one semester till early June. Planning to travel around the west coast and the east coast in May before I leave. Trying to visit as many places as I can during the semester (by skipping classes! lol).

ABOUT ME

I am a university student from Hong Kong. Like many other couchsurfers, I am eager to travel around the world and meet friends from different places. I like listening to others' stories - they can fill me up.

I like staying outdoors. Just riding on a bike or simply wandering in the streets can make my day.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I wanna share with you one of my recent awesome couchsurfing experiences. I met another couchsurfer when we were staying with the same host in Austin. Then we found out that we had the same host before in Dallas. Later we met up in San Antonio again and we are gonna do this again in New Orleans and in Hong Kong!

This pretty much sums up why i'm on couchsurfing - I like the amazing chemical reaction that happens when people meet. I have the chance to truly interact with the locals, to meet more friends and to experience different cultures.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hitchhiked for the first time in my life in Austin!

Couchsurfed in Houston for the very first time in my life on my 23-year-old birthday!!

Laid on a piece of grassland in Inner Mongolia and stared at the starry sky.

Biked on the levees in New Orleans.

Organized a service trip to Cambodia to advocate global citizenship.

Was part of the occupy movement in Hong Kong. Well, tried the taste of batons and pepper spray.

I can't say I can really teach. I am very willing to learn new things (languages, dishes, skills etc). I'd love to share my stories (and some Chinese dishes) to my new friends!
