I currently live in Athens Ga and teach studio art and printmaking at the University of North Georgia in Gainesville, GA. I'm a compulsive adventurer with a bike and a sketchbook.

I'm really easy to get along with and play nice!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much but I have had plenty of experiences on the Appalachian Trail and on bike tours where I've stayed with alot of different people I didn't know. I also spend my summers in the Northeast - Philly and Brooklyn mainly - where I stay with good friends for long periods of time. Because I currently live in Georgia, I travel back and forth to the northeast frequently and have used Craigslist rideshare at least a dozen times - always with great results!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2003 from Georgia to Maine. Been to Scandanavia, all over Europe, and Asia. Rode my bike from Portland ME to Nova Scotia in 2006. I also walked the El Camino Santiago, the French Way, in May 2014.
