About Me

CURRENT MISSION

In the words of Mark Twain, “Throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

ABOUT ME

Born and bred in Malaysia but have been on the road for about 2 years now. So I consider myself a citizen of the world. In a nutshell: I'm a dreamer, Kin87, healer, writer, thinker, investigator, child, adventurer, free spirit wanderer, passionate cook, rainbow traveller, footloose vagabond, nature and animal lover, all-round autodidact, eccentric geek. Living by Alan Watts philosophy.

"Zen does not confuse spirituality with thinking about God while one is peeling potatoes. Zen spirituality is just to peel the potatoes."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience as a couchsurfer has been amazing. No couch? No problem. I have a hammock, if you have trees. But not in winter, no!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking the big leap to change my life from an anti-consumerism advertising writer to a fulltime vagabond. Basically, a corporate mouse turned hippy. Going slow in this beautiful journey of longterm world travel. To live is to learn. ॐ

Teach, Learn, Share

Writer by trade, photographer by wander. A passionate cook, leisure climber. Trained masseur and Reiki practitioner with healing hands. Global nomad.
