I am an American living in Munich, Germany. I came as an au pair and have been swept away with a love of traveling and other cultures! I signed up for couch surfing but never did it until I went with a friend and now I think it's awesome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an au pair, you get paid crap... so hotels are not really an option. Plus, I think this sounds like a much better way to see cities and meet new people! Always happy to return the favor for anyone who would like to check out Munich.

Interests

Checking things off my bucket list. This includes, but not limited to, everything from seeing the ball drop in Time Square on New Years, seeing the Northern Lights, and watching all extended versions of LOTR. (I've done 2 of those 3 so far)
