ABOUT ME

My current home is New York City where I am attending grad school for Public Health. Before coming back state side I lived in Madrid for a year teaching English and 2 years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala. Im an Anthropologist at heart so I think other peoples cultures and traditions are pretty groovy - probably what got me into traveling in the first place, that and all the freakin beautiful places to see.......

Celebrate the simple joys of life. Enjoy the journey and your fellow travelers. Live with intention. Open your mind and your heart to new experiences and the universe will unfold as it should.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I moved to Madrid I couchsurfed with a couple there while I looked for an apartment . They are wonderful people and were so helpful when it came to settling into life there. I ended up living close by and still keep in touch. I've only ever had good couchsurfing experiences.
