I am living in Australia while I get a Masters degree and I want to travel the country and see as much while I am here.

ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Australia while I get a Master's degree. I love to travel and I am excited to be living abroad for an extended period of time. I grew up in California and have been to Europe a couple times, but I want to see the rest of the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you would want to be treated. If you are nice and smile at people they usually return the gesture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not formally couch surfed before, but I have slept on friends or friends of friends couches all over Europe. I had the chance to return the favor to a few people on my couch in California. I think sleeping on someone's couch and getting a locals perspective is the best way to get to know a city. I am looking forward to trying this site while I travel Australia.

Interests

I love hiking, yoga, reading, SCUBA diving, most things ocean related, and thrill seeking opportunities like hang gliding and roller coasters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess most recently I quit my job to go back to school in a foreign country and I am loving it.
