I'm currently taking a gap year from my psychology studies with the initial mission to find “myself" like many others. Shortly after that decision was made I discovered the ideas of Buddhism and realized that the self is an illusion. Very well, although my dreams have been crushed into pieces and the confusion is ever so potent I do very much enjoy exploring both the inner and outer landscape - through mindfulness, meditation and an open mind to whatever is arising. I’m excited to share thoughts with new people here on couchsurfing again after being absent for two years now!
