ABOUT ME

I'm an artist, sensitive to light, color, texture, and puttin everything into collages.
I'm french, born and raised in Paris.
I'm curious, generous, very open to the discovery of other people's culture and background.
i don't smoke, i'm honest.
My experience with couchsurfing is limited, but it allowed me to begin a love story with NYC, for which i am very greatful.

PHILOSOPHY

When i travel, i like to discover the places as if my time there was infinite, i'm not rushing on what is 'to be absolutely seen'. i plan approximatively what i want to do, and if something comes changing the plan, it's okay. i take my time so i can notice little details that make sweet memories. Usually, i take a sketchbook, so i can draw - and these moments of quiet observation capture more information from a place than any picture (i also take picture, but few, with an argentic camera).
i don't really have a long list of places i'd like to see, usually ideas and desires come suddenly, or sometime from other people's experiences. i fulfill one, then comes the next.

Interessen

i enjoy very different things: reading a book at home, dancing all night long, talking with my friends while sipping a couple of drinks, going to the movies and concerts.
i like eating, walking, swimming... enjoying what gives color and taste to life.
i am curious about people's experiences, the way they make their own way through life.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When i was in Lisbon, we were walking in the street with my friend, speaking french, when someone - a guy who was just passing - spontaneously asked us where our french was coming from. In french, with a portuguese accent. We answered him, then he asked what we had planned to do in the afternoon, and told us he was on his way to buy a lemon squeezer. Then he walked away, wishing us a good day.
Simple. Completely unpredictable. Lovely.
