ABOUT ME

I am a travel addict. I get a "twitch" if I am somewhere repetitive for too long. I have an old french army jacket from a second hand store in Paris and I have embroidered a map of the world on the back. Every time I go to a new country I embroider that country's flag over the area it occupies. I AM going to fill it by the day I die.

Other than that I just graduated with my BA in International Business with an Economics minor and am hoping to morph that into a traveling career somehow ... it's not going so well, but I keep trying :)

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone should travel, as often and as far as humanly possible and fully immerse themselves in something new. I live for new experiences, new places, new adventures, and new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Found a very rare bird (Scaled Antpitta) incubating its eggs in the Ecuadorian cloud forest.

Snorkeling with green sea turtles and white tipped sharks in the Galapagos.

Chasing off poachers in Costa Rica.

Bumping into people from years ago on another continent completely unexpectedly.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to do just about anything with thread/string/yarn (crocheting, knitting, embroidering, making clothes, blankets, hats, etc.)

Learn: I love to learn other languages! If you can teach me even a few words or a phrase I would love it! I would love to learn how to scuba dive, paraglide, fly a plane, play an instrument, anything really :)

Share: Stories, laughs, food and drinks. If I get to know you I am more than likely to share my life stories and most everything I own. I am a very giving person that will go out of my way to help people
