I am Jeongeun, if you have no clue how to pronounce it that's fine you can just call me layla.
I am currently living and working in lovely city, Edinburgh in Scotland. I have been living in the UK for nearly 2 years so far and planning to go back to Korea pretty soon. I studied molecular biology (woohoo science girl) and business administration in my uni and now planning to go to graduate school in Germany for master's degree. My hobby is collecting stamps on my passport, so I am tryna go as many as countries i can. Also, I like discovering new things not only just scientific stuff but also other culture, language, food, life style, anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I love exploring other culture, I found couchsurfing would be great opportunity to meet local people and communicate with them. I like listening other people's opinion, view, and value. It has been helping me grow up more and extend my world as well. I hope to meet many good friends on the world via couchsurfing, also I would like to let you guys know about my lovely country, Korea too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently I found latin music is so cool. I am so bad at dancing tho lol
My favourite movie is fight club. I like something has got shocking ending or science-related movie.
My favourite book would be me before you by Jojo moyes, which is cliche love story, but it is such a meaningful book for me since it is the first English book that I ever managed to finish.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Honestly, there are more than one.
Firstly, I have traveled nearly 20 countries in last 2 years. I have never traveled that much before I came to the U.K. tho.
Secondly, well, this is not "what I've done" tho. I am going to publish a good at the beginning of next year through crowd funding. I have been writing a diary EVERY SINGLE DAY since I moved to the U.K.
