ABOUT ME

I'm always in good mood even before coffee in the morning.. that's maybe because I don't drink coffee..
Last year, I finished my PhD in Psychology in France in a University in which I have spent almost 10 years. So now I want to travel and visit new countries. Last year I was doing a postdoc in Budapest. At the moment, I'm doing another one in Toronto. This summer I will be traveling in Europe and Japan. And I'm currently looking for another postdoc in a new country next year. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like living with other people. I have lived in five different shared flats and I had more than 20 flatmates so far. Now I lived in Toronto in a shared flat with 7 other persons from different countries (Canada, US, Thailande, Cuba, Iran and China). I love living abroad and with others. It's very enjoyable and enriching :)

Interests

Sports: soccer of course (I'm French ^^), american sports (it probably comes from my year abroad in Texas during high school). Every year I organize a party at my place for the Super bowl even if it finishes around 5am on a Monday..

Shopping: I studied Psychology so I had a lot of friends who were... girls and who spent a lot of time shopping!!! and I kind of get used to it XD

Travelling: I have been on three continents so far, going for the first time in Asia next summer and hope I'll visit the oceania soon :)

Hanging out and drinking good beers that's probably because one of my best friends is a brewer and regularly make me taste his new compositions

Video games but I stop playing almost eight years ago because I can become addict very quickly.. but I can play a couple of hours guitar hero without taking too much risk with my addiction XD

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a volunteer firefighter. I'm not sure it's amazing but that's something I really like to do
