I am travelling around South America with my girlfriend for the next year. We are excited to meet new people experience all that the different countries in this part of the world have to offer. We are starting in Chile, and aim to finish in Mexico in about a year. We are learning Spanish and are keen to practice as much as we can.

We love the outdoors, the ocean, surfing, hiking, food, beer, coffee, music, and just chilling and spending time with other people.

We would love to meet like minded locals in order to learn more about the culture of the places we are in, cook and eat together, and hopefully make new friends in different parts of the world :)

To meet locals in the countries I am travelling through, to hopefully learn more about their culture. In particular I would love to learn how to cook local foods and learn about local beer and wine!

I love electronic music, particularly psytrance, prog, electro, glitch, minimal... all the goods. I also like chilled and downbeat music, reggae, some metal, drum and bass... lots!

My favourite is Pulp Fiction and I love comedies, action thrillers, psychological thrillers, good dramas... anything with a good storyline that captures me.

I’m not a huge reader but recently really enjoyed The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, and The Name Of The Wind.

I’m currently learning Spanish so I would love to learn as much as I can. I would also be happy to do a language exchange and help you to learn English! I am an outdoor guide and teach rock climbing and abseiling so might be able to teach you how to tie a few knots or a few things about the outdoors.

If we’re near the beach I can teach you how to surf. As an abseil guide I can tie lots of different types of knots so might be able to teach you if you’re interested. I am also learning about photography and photo editing, so could take some pictures of you or around your house/property if you would like! I can also offer good company, stories, and help with around the house chores :)
