I just discovered Couchsurfing. Presently I'm working & living in Antarctica under a 6 month contract at a science/research base. I plan on traveling to Australia this summer, but my first stop when I get off the ice is Christchurch NZ.

I enjoy listening to just about all music except gangster rap & pop country. My favorite live shows are blues, the howling/dirty type blues. Widespread Panic, Trampled by Turtles, Tom Waits, Led Zepplin and many others.

Movies,
The Usual Suspects, is my all time favorite! A good caper like Oceans 11 and dark comedies are fun.
