ABOUT ME
moved to Skye 10 years ago and took up self-employment in Gardening, a life-long hobby of mine.
I try to meditate as it's so quiet. I drink loads of Green Tea. I'm a choco-hollic and enjoy a walk.

As a Gardener, i love growing flowers and medicinal herbs, like Mint, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Lovage and Fennel, for use in food. I mostly don't eat meat, but do enjoy a free-range chicken and some Venison from Skye! Yum!!:) I love camping and campfires and eggs from chickens running-around. I love music too,thumping bass and a catchy tune, with some lyrics I can relate to, does it for me! Happy ears! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider myself a world-citizen, but due to lack of funds and family-ties, cannot travel right now, I would like to help open-minded, non-prejudiced people to travel around this amazing world that we are blessed to be living in. i sometimes have space in my rented house on the Isle of Skye.

Interests

MUSIC as a ladder for the soul, makes me dance, move, feel alive! :)
I like cooking and occasionally bake, chocolate cake is the best!!
The quality of supermarket food is pretty poor these days, so I'm trying to grow enough vegetables and fruit in my wee garden to keep me and my Son healthy all year. What a challenge it's turning out to be!! Not doing too bad at all, though!! :)
