My mission is to help create a more peaceful, prosperous, healthy, and happy world through developing empathy for myself, and for others, and through holding myself accountable and others accountable too.

I ask a lot of questions to myself and others, as I appreciate the inquiring methods of Socrates, the philosopher, to discover self-knowledge.

PHILOSOPHY

Honesty is intimacy.

Mistakes mark the wrong turns that separate the person I was from the person I am.

I am lucky to be alive. I am going to die. In my decisions, I consider how I want to look back on my life before I die.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I am starting to initiate requests for surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had an ex-girlfriend who surfed a lot, and I got introduced to surfing through those trips together. She was the initiator in those trips, and, now, I want to initiate and negotiate surfing. I want to meet hosts, and grow more comfortable with surfing.

I have had very hospitable and engaging hosts in the past, and I felt awed to be welcomed into such unique homes as a stranger. I remember their homes as much as I remember the hosts.
