About Me

About me:
Hard working, lover of life, tenaciousness mixed with desires to discover. All learning that which is new while polishing the old characteristics still serving me... somewhat eclectic. Currently I'm a Subaru mechanic/specialist although there are many professions... for instance, I'm also doing sales "to restaurants" for a gourmet mushroom farm. I love it!

I've worked in the luxury hotel business, and I have degree's in Biology and Chemistry with "ethnopharmacology" (plant medicine) as my focus. To be frank I love working with my hands and have always enjoyed the problem solving of vehicle repairs, even if it can be a love/hate thing. I also enjoy placing my hands in the cool Earth while showing some plants good love. I enjoy skiing, healthy lifestyles, music, yoga, meditation, and festivals that support such. Especially ones focused on growth, healing, and community. I enjoy authentic connections and people who prefer to share their natural truths and seek deeper relations.

I've had a full life of all the mountain activities Colorado offers camping, kayaking, rock climbing, biking, you name it. Downhill skiing for the most part has always been a winner in my heart hence the life/home in a Colorado resort community. What I really enjoy today is this pursuit of deeper connection with my health, yoga, heart space, and other beautiful humans.

Music, Movies, and Books

Funk, reggae, bluegrass, Grateful Dead, world sounds or rhythms, and basically any kind of get down and dance party vibes. Beyond that I simply love music! Once in a while I'll hear beats (music) that do not resonate, usually it is the moods (mine and the music) are to different at any given moment.

Movies: Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Wild at Heart, Repo Man, Wild at Heart, hmmm this list will take time.
Books: Even Cowgirls Get the Blues

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I'm a liver transplant survivor, twice. 1997 and 2009.
-Rode a bicycle through Jamaica for two weeks simply to discover new people.
-traveled around Europe (with a backpack and skis) to meet people, ski the Alps, and Finland. I also visited some flat landers such as the Dutch, Germans, Austirans, Czech and simply enjoy life in new places.
-Bring me over for talks and couch time, there is a large list in the amazing realms.

Teach, Learn, Share

You teach me French I'll teach you English. Do you have any questions about mushrooms (the sober kind) as medicine? Maybe your car is needing repairs and the right car lovers hands to fix its aliments. Good food is always good! Nothing better than vegetarians and vegans who cook/teach/share wonderful foods. I'm an omnivore who really enjoys good vegan and vegetarian foods which are made with amazing love!
