When not managing construction, playing tennis, I can often be found foraging about for idea bugs under every artistic sedimentary rock or attractive clump of fragrant and colorful shrubbery that I can scratch up and creatively transform. compose, and adeptly disgorge for the hopeful enjoyment, education, inspiration, or guidance of those choosing to absorb the result of my feat of grey matter-to-keyboard exercise. Primarily important is living a solid, honest, and responsible life based on the teachings of Jesus. Not religious fanaticism, just down-to-earth reality that most churches have a problem with. Next is finding the right long-term partner to fill the rest of my life who can share in my relationship with the creator and working to preserve America's moral values, strength, and honor. She will be a woman who loves being female and knows how to love and honor a man who loves, honors, and takes good care of her. I was married 30 years and learned many good and essential things for the benefit of the next relationship. I'm rugged and tough, but compassionate, passionate, caring and thoughtful - a good lover and loyal friend.

I have many interests and capabilities and I want to find a good woman with some of the similar interests to establish common ground. Activities such as sailing, tennis, flying, water skiing, surfing, climbing, hiking, biking, working out, and just about anything outdoors, especially in the mountains, or near/on the ocean, or any moving water.

I also like living a healthy and fit life-style, going to movies, live music and dancing(jazz, rock, Motown), good wine and dinners, plays, cooking, reading good books, writing, history, architecture, painting, quality art galleries, watching sunsets, cooking and making love with the right woman, long semi-intellectual conversations, and sometimes whimsical horseplay.

I have enough experience being single again that I have paid my dues toward the needed and necessary alone time and I am quite ready for long-term commitment and companionship. I now see how difficult it is to find the ideal match and it may nearly be a miracle of God for such a thing. I strongly believe in Jesus and follow Him with all my heart – not just a superficial church regimen. I am easy going and very forgiving, and wisely willing to compromise on certain areas, but primarily, there should be a commitment to God, integrity, fitness and personal growth, and a love of the outdoors.
