Ok, I guess I'll write more in this section... I'm relatively new to this couchsurfing site, though I have couch-surfed/hosted in the past. (What has taken so long to find out about this site?) Something tells me I'll be participating for years to come...

My family and close friends say that I've never met a stranger. :) I love to travel and experience new places and meet new people. I feel very blessed to be work in a career field that takes me on adventures and lets me do just that. (Do what you love for a living, and you'll never work a day in your life). I am a filmmaker/photographer by trade, and over the past couple of years, my career has taken me all over this fair country. I've been all over Ohio, and traveled to New York; Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; & Tombstone, AZ, to name a few. I got my passport a couple of years ago and look forward to kickin the dust off of my shoes and having adventures in distant lands the world over. I may be coming soon to a city near you...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, as stated in the above description, I travel a lot for work. I love traveling and meeting new people. Right now my ability to play host is limited, since I live in an efficiency apartment, but would be open to paying it forward in a pinch, (if you don't mind sleeping on an air-mattress.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed and hosted a few times before getting involved in this site. Once I stayed with friends in Queens (Astoria), NY for a couple of weeks while I worked on America's Got Talent, and most recently stayed in Chicago, IL for a weekend when I worked on a show for CBS sports. - Sure beats staying in a hotel by yourself...

Intereses

I fancy myself a connoisseur of many things... I love all things art related, and I think that's what I love about films and visual storytelling. - It incorporates all of the arts. My hobbies include photography, playing guitar, reading, studying/watching film & tv shows, and going on adventures. I'm also a decent cook, -if I don't say so myself. =)

Curently, my favorite book is "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius", by Dave Eggers. I'm into reading mostly non-fiction and have a keen interest in Philosophy, Metaphysics and Transcendentalism. Recent reads include: Steve Jobs Biography and Philosophy books like: "The Reasons of Love", and other books by Harry G. Frankfurt.

Tombstone, Arizona was cool. I met a lot of amazing people there. It looks just like it does in the movies.
