My name is Jerzy (George). My job is wild bird protection. We are currently carrying out a project for the protection of the Eurasian Curlew. We have a small farm and vegetable garden (organic) for self-supply. Beekeeping is my hobby. Since 2017, I have an apiary, which I systematically develop. I want to build a house for apitherapy so that my guests can safely feel the atmosphere of a bee colony.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When our daughters grew up, we decided to do 3-4 day breaks around Europe. So far we are choosing southern countries (Italy, Spain, Greece). We want to use this site to get to know people and the real atmosphere of the countries we visit.

If I visit someone abroad, I will find a moment to cook a Polish dish. My favorite dish is Russian dumplings, which are a Polish dish :)
