I am an older guy, born in 1954, just after one of the most important events of the XX century, the death of Stalin. I grew up in Warsaw, Poland, while spending also quite a lot of time in France, England and the United States. I studied sociology in Warsaw, than also in Paris (Institut de Sciences Politiques) and USA, Stanford University.

In the period from 1991 to 1994 I was Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Privatisation of the Republic of Poland, later a private equity/venture capital specialist, and finally a financial advisor, professor of economics in an IB program in Warsaw, and a translator of multiple books from English and French into Polish.

I love literature, mountains, ski mountaineering, economics and good food (Thai is my favourite). I am a very courious person, recently very curious about Russia, China and India. I have three children, one son and two daughters.
