Hey I'm Jess, I'm a chef and musician.
My life at the moment consists of playing Ukulele and singing, writing songs, vegetable gardening, going to live music and arts events, walking in forests and by the sea, finding magical places in nature, road trips, reading, cooking, watching films and drinking copious amounts of tea.

I'm always pretty chilled out, sometimes shy, sometimes super bubbly, always up for a chat :)

I'm challenging myself to be more independent with my adventure seeking!
I've never been travelling and I feel a bit out of touch with meeting new people, I'd like to meet more people with different life perspectives and ways of living as well as exploring new places.

I am also about to go and work in East Iceland for 6 months so It would be great to make some connections online before I go!

Hired a car and Traveled Route 1 around Iceland in a week, cramming in as many experiences (and waterfalls!) as possible!

I've dabbled in a lot of crafty things including: crochet, sewing, embroidery, wire jewellery making, foraging for wild food in the UK and general DIY.
I also cook (Vegan recipes) and play the ukulele so I can teach a little of those too :)

I would like to learn some Icelandic, brush up on my map and compass reading skills (orienteering) and learn to chop wood and use a chainsaw safely!!
