Easy going, fun, genuinly nice & honest Aussies!

Beau and I are a married couple getting ready to jet set off again in June and head to America & Canada!! So much to see, so little time.

PHILOSOPHY

I truely believe we are born with a purpose. I wake up everyday thankful for what I am blessed with... a loving family, a fantastic relationship, my health, my friends, and the opportunity to go where we like, do what we want and be who we want to be. I believe that we need to show kindness to everyone, as we are all people and deserve to be loved and cared for. I want to raise my (not yet had) children into this world, teaching them to be kind, patient and to treat others with dignity and respect.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a newbie!! My husband and I are taking 5 weeks out from our typical Australian routine (working, studying, being parents to two beautiful cats) and travelling to the US and Canada in June/July 2012. We are looking for people to meet and places to stay which will give us a true insight into Canadian life (moreso than we would experience by staying in hotels or apartments).

Interests

Our passion is to travel the world until our legs give way and our heart stops beating.

For me, life is about relationship building and surrounding myself with people who bring value to my life. My favourite thing is to explore this awesome world we live in and I'm slowly but surely ticking off my long list of places to see.

My partner Beau loves travelling and has spent a few good years living and travelling overseas. He spends way too much time playing golf (in my opinion haha) and enjoys anything sport related. He can talk to anyone about anything! I guess thats what 10 years of uni does to a person.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is the one thing that keeps me running on my treadmill without giving up before the 4km mark!!
LMFAO is my fav party tune at the moment but my ipod is filled with a range - michael buble`, beyonce, jack johnson, pink, boy and bear, rhianna, lisa mitchell, adele, john butler... anything that isn't heavy metal (although I do love a good RnB track).
Movies: anything funny, girly, romantic, or action packed... no horror though, images stay in my mind far too long.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1 - Made it to the top of Australia's highest mountain, Mount Kosciuszko.

2 - Skydiving - most incredible adrenaline rush

3 - Cruising the south pacific, water all around us and feeling so at peace with life.
